Ted Harvey, Vice President - Ontario & West

Over the past 23 years, Ted has enjoyed working with organizations such as Pfizer, Warner-Lambert and Hoechst, which provided him with in-depth experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and consumer product industries.  His primary responsibilities have focused on sales, customer marketing and business development activities, including leading retail and professional sales organizations.  Ted is a seasoned leader offering expertise in strategy development, effective organizational structure and process redesign to support business growth, sales optimization and team development.  In his most recent position as Vice-President, International Sales & Marketing, Lifestyles Global Network, Ted gained knowledge and insight to international business through the networking marketing channel.

Ted is a customer-focused sales leader with a track record of delivering and ultimately exceeding targeted objectives.  He has leveraged his enthusiastic and high-energy leadership style in motivating teams and aligning efforts to deliver outstanding results and excellence in execution.  Ted is committed to leverage his experience in driving breakthrough growth with our client partners.

David Holzmuller, Vice President - Client Services

Before becoming a founding partner with Norrizon, David has worked with such Tier 1 companies as Gillette, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Procter & Gamble. His Trade Marketing and Key Account Management experience combines to offer strong "go to market" strategies for manufacturers.


David is a strategic thinker and a people person, which has allowed him to intimately understand operational needs and then successfully motivate the national sales team to meet every objective.

As Norrizon's Director of Client Services, he draws on this skill to help craft the business processes that continually deliver against our clients' evolving needs.

Outside of Norrizon David is also an executive director in a private high school; believing that the leaders of tomorrow are actually the young leaders we develop today.

Michel Laberge, Director - Operations & Communications

Michel officially joined Norrizon in January 2005, but has contributed to its success and growth since its inception in 2002.  As Director, Operations & Communications, Michel has implemented and now manages Norrizon's suite of proprietary information systems. He is also accountable for the definition and the implementation of Norrizon's Quality Standards.

Prior to join Norrizon, Michel spent 13 years with Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Inc. in a series of management positions, from sales to information to client development & management. During those years, he has been involved in numerous outsourced sales, merchandising and field marketing initiatives.

Norrizon definitely benefits from Michel's unique organizational and analytical skills, as well as of his experience with outsourced services.

Gerald Martin, Vice President & General Manager

Gerald is a Senior Manager with 24 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods with organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Bristol Myers Squibb and Crossmark Canada Inc.

His leadership and strategic business building capabilities has provided unparalleled results within each respective organization.

Significant contributions have been made in areas such as personal development and coaching for Key Account Management teams as well as designing and implementing superior business processes resulting in competitive advantages.

Sandy McAuliffe, Vice President - National Accounts
Sandy is a Sales Professional with 19 years of experience in the packaged goods industry including companies such as Alberto Culver, Revlon and Mattel.  He leverages this extensive knowledge to achieve sales objectives, developing people, building customer relationships and providing strategic direction.  Sandy has been recognized for creating a motivated team environment with high standards of professional and personal integrity focused on achieving superior results.

Sandy's passion and dedication to our Client's and Retailer partners business has resulted in many significant achievements.  Sandy's brings to Norrizon strong senior management skills and a real commitment to the "team" philosophy.  He is a true asset to Norrizon Sales & Marketing.

François Morency, Vice President - Québec & Atlantic


As Co-Founder of Norrizon Sales & Marketing Group, François has worked closely with Kevin to develop the company's operational processes. François' unique knowledge and insight into the Quebec and Atlantic markets ensure a well-rounded total Canadian approach.

François has 18 years of experience in Eastern Canada with Bristol Myers Squibb and Campbell Soup. He has worked in a variety of roles from the ground up, most recently, as Regional Manager for the Quebec region, responsible for market share and sales volume growth of the Clairol brand.

François is the consummate sales professional with numerous trade contacts at every level in every class of trade. He has a long track record of over-achieving and motivates bringing enthusiasm and passion to your business.

Kevin Schiissler, CEO & President

Kevin is the President and co-founder of Norrizon Sales & Marketing Group. Through his experience working with leading manufacturers across Canada, Kevin saw an opportunity to bring innovation to the "go to market" options available to manufacturers. He has been the driving force in developing the Norrizon's vision and in building a reservoir of sales and marketing expertise with professional, result-oriented people.

Kevin draws his experience from over 23 years of experience in the Canadian marketplace with companies like Procter & Gamble and Bristol Myers Squibb. His responsibilities varied from General Management to Sales and Marketing Management. He also led organizational design changes in corporations in Canada and Latin America.

Kevin has a passion for bringing innovation and developing new solutions to achieve superior results. He strongly believes that team spirit supported by a strong operating culture is the critical engine that allows quality people to achieve extraordinary results.
